Vocation recommendation result sheet
Shows the recomended professions for the participant, based on the measured parameters. Mainly used for career guidance, orientation.
Disclaimer
The PractiWork® survey basically measures three major areas of human characteristics: skills and abilities, personality traits and other work-related preferences. The occupation recommendation aims to recommend the widest possible range of occupations. The occupation recommendation will be based primarily on performance in ability and skills tests. An occupation will be recommended if all the skills considered relevant and assessed in the assessment process reach a reference level defined in an international database, i.e. if it is able to meet the occupational expectations. The occupation recommendations do not take into account the educational qualifications or acquired qualifications of the respondent! The score shown (PWFI) is an indicator developed in-house by PractiWork® to rank the professional recommendations. It is not an objective indicator of individual performance and should not be used to compare results with others! Other characteristics of the test-taker (e.g. education, interests, other circumstances) and the labour market situation and opportunities should also be taken into account when choosing a career! These are not included in the PWFI score!
The purpose of the PractiWork® result sheet is to present the results for the participant calculated on the basis of the data recorded in the PractiWork® survey and to make recommendations for the occupation according to the FEOR.
Our recommendations are non-binding, indicative only and based on the results of the survey and the responses to the questionnaires.
If the participant has not completed the test with sufficient care, the results may be misleading!
Education, qualifications or work experience will not be taken into account when making a professional recommendation!
