The purpose of the professional fit sheet is to show how well the person completing it fits the requirements of the profession. The professional fit score on the sheet is based on performance on the test. The score shown (PWFI) is a proprietary PractiWork indicator. It shows how close an individual's performance is to a benchmark for optimal performance from an international database. The higher the score, the better the individual's fit with the profession. Attention! The PWFI is based only on performance in performance tests and does not take into account other characteristics of the test taker (education, interests, other circumstances). For this reason, the PWFI cannot be used in itself to make human resource decisions (e.g. hiring decisions), its role is to facilitate decisions by taking into account other circumstances.
