Disclaimer
The aim of the Recommendation is to recommend the widest possible range of professions. The occupational recommendations on the evaluation sheet are based on performance on the test. An occupation is recommended if all its skills that are considered important reach a reference level defined in an international database, i.e. it is able to meet the occupational expectations. The index shown (PWFI) is an indicator developed in-house by PractiWork to rank the professional recommendations. It is not an objective indicator of individual performance and should not be used to compare results with others! Other characteristics of the test-taker (education, interests, other circumstances) and the labour market situation and opportunities should also be taken into account when choosing a career! These are not included in the PWFI score!
Profession recommendation
Skills & Abilities
Conditions
Interests
Personality
When the above filters are activated, the system makes career recommendations based not only on skills but also on other preferences, such as favourable working conditions or interests. The aim is to include proposals that fit most criteria. There may be no professional recommendation in this field. In this case, the field on the right will contain a list of professions which, according to the condition, will present some examples that may be suitable on the basis of the measurement results. These occupations have been randomly selected from a larger list of suitable professions. For example, by activating the "Personality" filter, professions that match the answers to the personality questionnaire questions will be included in the "Personality" list.
